While health officials are still learning about the spread and severity of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the virus can spread from person to person. At The Webster Apartments we want to keep the potential for spreading the COVID-19 virus to a minimum. Therefore, at this time we have implemented screening procedures for applicants and guests, both prior to and at the time of arrival. If your country of origin is on the US Center for Disease Control’s list of affected geographic areas or if you have recently travelled through one of those areas, and are presenting with symptoms, or have been exposed to anyone presenting with symptoms, your application may be denied and/or you may be denied housing at The Webster Apartments. In such event, any prepaid fees will be refunded.

Guests who do not choose to take advantage of Webster’s meal services will not receive a credit on their room & board rate.The Webster Apartments cannot make special dietary or meal time accommodations.
The Dining Services Department at The Webster Apartments is committed to providing a safe and pleasant dining experience. We rely on the ingredient listing of our food manufactures and processors, and the reliability of our manufactures and processors is a key component of our overall approach to food quality and safety, including dealing with allergens. In our kitchen, we regularly use products such as milk, eggs, gluten, seafood, peanuts, soy, other dairy, nuts and seeds, etc. Therefore, we do not assert or guarantee an absence of any allergens in any of our meals. We are not able to accommodate guests with special dietary requirements or food allergies. The Webster Apartments will not assume any liability for adverse reactions from the food consumed, or items one may come in contact with while eating any of our meals.
