Past Guest: Worker Application

Thank you for your interest in The Webster Apartments. To complete your application, the following $125 payment must be made:

• $100 USD Application processing fee (non-refundable)
• $25 USD Tenant Screening fee (non-refundable)

IMPORTANT: Submitting an application and fees does NOT guarantee your reservation at The Webster Apartments.

Upon review of your application and eligibility documents, inclusive of your application fee, the Admissions team will confirm your reservation. During this process, dates of availability may change so please be sure to send back your documentation in a timely manner to ensure your preferred date is available.
