Students

Students must submit documentation for Proof of full-time enrollment for the semester in which they wish to reside at Webster Apartments.  Acceptable forms of enrollment verification are as follows:

  • Letter or email from Office of Registrar or Academic Counselor, or
  • Certificate of Enrollment inclusive of the semester you are residing with Webster, or
  • Course Schedule provided your name is visible, or
  • Registration/payment confirmation of course provided it includes the dates of the course and your name is visible.
  • NOTE:  SCHOOL IDs ARE NOT AN ACCEPTABLE PROOF OF ENROLLMENT.

Interns & Trainees

Interns or Trainees must submit a letter or email from employer with the following details:

  • Start & end date of internship
  • Position Name (Intern, Trainee, Fellow, Clerk, etc.)
  • NOTE: A Training/Internship Placement plan (DS-7002) is acceptable as long as it includes the information requested above.

Workers

Full-time Workers must provide ONE of the following:

  • Offer letter of new position from employer with the following details:
    • Start date
    • Compensation
  • One current month of consecutive pay stubs
