FOUND Study manages several rooms & apartment style student and intern housing facilities nationwide, with amazing facilities and modern co-living spaces.

If you are a female and full-time college student, intern, trainee, or a working professional, you are eligible to live at The Webster Apartments at FOUND Study Midtown East.

Webster is currently holding enough space on our floor at FOUND Study for all current guests to relocate with us.  These rooms will be held until Tuesday, February 22, 2023 (the deadline to submit your Intent to Move form). 

After that date/time, Webster cannot guarantee that there will be space available for current guests in the new building.

Yes – you may enter your preferred roommates name on the “Intent to Move” form below. Once both students have submitted their “Intent to Move” you will be matched together based on name you have entered in the “Roommate Name” field.

Rooms are assigned on a first come, first served basis depending on your room type. We cannot guarantee views, closeness to elevators, etc.; however, if you have any special requests, please let us know on the “Intent to Move” form and we will do our best to accommodate.

Webster offers an “on request” approach to room changes. This means that, if a guest has requested a room and a room becomes available that meets the criteria the guest provided in their request, we will allow the guest to move to that room. We do encourage guests to resolve conflicts, and the FOUND Study Student Life Staff is trained to assist in mediation that can help residents manage their disagreements.

Fees will apply for room changes. A list of room change fees will be provided to guests upon moving in. 

Meals are NOT included in our rates and are NOT being provided.  However, a large communal kitchen is available for residential use. 

Fitness Center, Study Room, Conference Room, Lounge, and Communal Kitchen + Dining Room

The room rate includes all utilities (water, sewer, gas, electric, trash, high-speed WiFi, AC/heat), 24-hour on-site staff, communal lounge and study areas, as well as a communal kitchen.

Rooms are fully furnished with a twin XL bed, desk, desk chair, and a two-drawer dresser. Every room contains one microwave, mini-refrigerator, and full-length mirror. Guests can bring or purchase small items such as plastic drawers and organizers, but no large furniture is allowed (ex: mattresses and couches). Additional refrigerators are also prohibited. 

Please note that all rooms, regardless of whether or not they are a “single,” come standard with double-funiture and will have two twin XL beds, two desks, two chairs, etc.  In single rooms, guests can opt to push both beds together for a king-size bed or leave them separate to host a visitor.  Extra furniture cannot be removed.

Webster will provide all guests with one set of twin XL sheets for their bed, a shower curtain/liner and a small bathroom garbage can upon moving in.   

Webster will be bringing area rugs that are used but in good, clean condition for guests to use in their new rooms if they wish to do so.

Guests are NOT permitted to take any other furniture from their rooms.  This includes chairs, bookcases, etc. (Updated as of 2/21/23).    

Introductory rates for current Webster guests vary based on the type of room and are only available for current guests who submit their Intent to Move form before 5PM Tuesday, February 22, 2023.  

Introductory rates will remain in effect through September 30, 2023.  After this time, rates are subject to change.

Current Webster guests will not be required to pay any new fees (ie: Amenity fee, FOUND membership fee, etc.). They will simply pay for Room & Board in the current building through March 31, 2023 and will begin paying MONTHLY for the new building beginning with April 2023. The April 2023 invoice will be distributed approximately 2 weeks prior to the start of the month and will be due within 5 days. The next invoice will not be distributed until mid-April for May 2023.

Webster will accept all of the same digital payment methods we currently accept:

• ACH/Checking Account Payments
• Debit or Credit Card Payments
• PayPal
• Wire Transfers

Payments by check or cash will NO LONGER be accepted. 

Yes, the billing cycles will change. Guests will be billed monthly, and invoices will be due by the 1st of each month. Initial and final invoices will be prorated to guest’s actual arrival and departure dates.

Invoices will be distributed monthly and due within 5 days. However, guests may pre-pay on their account at any time.

Yes, overnight visitors, including males, are permitted according to all of FOUND Study’s policies. 

Yes, Webster will be providing guests who are moving to FOUND Study with packing supplies.  More details to come! 

Yes, all guests who are relocating to FOUND Study will be relocated by Webster’s moving team.  More details to come.  

Guests who have chosen not to move with us and are departing to other housing are responsible for all of their own moving supplies and logistics.

All guests will need to complete a Change of Address form for the United States Post Office.  The change of address CAN NOT be completed online due to Webster’s business classification.  Please visit the US Post Office for a from or the Front Desk. 

March 20 and March 21, 2023.

Guests who choose not to move to Webster at FOUND Study will be required to depart by March 15, 2023.  They will be required to submit a formal Checkout Notice on our website with the date they will be departing but there will be no fees charged for failure to provide 8 weeks’ notice per our policies.

No, you do not need to reapply. Current guests simply need to submit the “Intent to Move” form to let us know if they’d like to move with us. 

No, deposits are not required. 

Yes, current guests may use their existing guarantor for the new building, but a Guarantee amendment must be completed and submitted. Information regarding this step of the process will be sent via email after your Intent to Move form is submitted.  Note: Webster will NOT rerun credit scores for existing guarantors.
