- Satisfactory results on credit and background report run by The Webster Apartments (credit Score ≥ 650, no record of criminal convictions, etc.)*
STUDENT/INTERN/TRAINEE
You are eligible if you are:
- Enrolled in a/an:
- Undergraduate or graduate program at a college or university
- Trade, technical or other school program (ie: performing arts, cosmetology,photography, culinary, etc.)
- – OR –
- Currently working as OR received a new offer for an internship, traineeship, fellowship, clerkship, etc.

If you are a female and full-time college student, intern, trainee, or a working professional, you are eligible to live at The Webster Apartments at FOUND Study Midtown East.
Yes – you may enter your preferred roommates name on the “Intent to Move” form below. Once both students have submitted their “Intent to Move” you will be matched together based on name you have entered in the “Roommate Name” field.
Rooms are assigned on a first come, first served basis depending on your room type. We cannot guarantee views, closeness to elevators, etc.; however, if you have any special requests, please let us know on the “Intent to Move” form and we will do our best to accommodate.
Meals are NOT included in our rates and are NOT being provided. However, a large communal kitchen is available for residential use.
Fitness Center, Study Room, Conference Room, Lounge, and Communal Kitchen + Dining Room
The room rate includes all utilities (water, sewer, gas, electric, trash, high-speed WiFi, AC/heat), a fully furnished room (twin XL bed, desk, dresser or closet or wardrobe, desk with chair), and communal study and kitchen areas.

Current Webster guests will not be required to pay any new fees (ie: Amenity fee, FOUND membership fee, etc.). They will simply pay for Room & Board in the current building through March 31, 2023 and will begin paying MONTHLY for the new building beginning with April 2023. The April 2023 invoice will be distributed approximately 2 weeks prior to the start of the month and will be due within 5 days. The next invoice will not be distributed until mid-April for May 2023.
Webster will accept all of the same digital payment methods we currently accept:
- ACH/Checking Account Payments
- Debit or Credit Card Payments
- PayPal
- Wire Transfers
Payments by check or cash will NO LONGER be accepted.
Yes, the billing cycles will change. Guests will be billed monthly, and invoices will be due by the 1st of each month. Initial and final invoices will be prorated to guest’s actual arrival and departure dates.
Invoices will be distributed monthly and due within 5 days. However, guests may pre-pay on their account at any time.
Yes, overnight visitors, including males, are permitted according to all of FOUND Study’s policies.
Yes, Webster will be providing guests who are moving to FOUND Study with packing supplies. More details to come!
Yes, Webster will be moving all guests who are coming from our current building on 34th Street to FOUND Study. More details to come!
All guests will need to complete a Change of Address form for the United States Post Office. The change of address CAN NOT be completed online due to Webster’s business classification. Please visit the US Post Office for a from or the Front Desk.

No, you do not need to reapply. Current guests simply need to submit the “Intent to Move” form to let us know if they’d like to move with us.
No, deposits are not required.
Yes, current guests may use their existing guarantor for the new building, but new guarantor paperwork must be filled out by said guarantor, notarized and uploaded to the guarantor application. Webster will NOT rerun credit scores for existing guarantors.
