The approximate checkout date listed on your application is only used to confirm availability for your entire length of stay. All residents must submit a formal Checkout Notice (below) at least 8 calendar weeks prior to the date of checkout. Residents must check out by 12:00 PM on their departure date by coming to the Front Desk to return their keys.

As a reminder, Webster does not prorate based on the resident’s actual date of departure. Residents checking out from the 1st through the 15th of the month will be invoiced for a half month’s rent, regardless of the check out date. Residents checking out from the 16th through the end of the month will be invoiced for a full month’s rent, regardless of the check out date.

Checkout Agreement*

Approximately two weeks prior to your checkout date a final bill will be emailed to you. It will include weekly rent billed through the 15th or end of the month and any fees incurred. Final bills are due upon receipt. All methods of payment will be accepted at this time. A late fee of $50 will be assessed if your final bill is not paid in full within five (5) days from the date of the invoice. If payment of your final bill is not made prior to departure, your account will be sent to collections.
