Overnight Visitor

RESERVATION FORM

Overnight visitors may be sponsored to stay in a guest’s room. Please complete the registration form below at least 48 hours ahead of the visitor’s requested arrival date.

Residents can make a reservation to host overnight guest(s) 18 years of age or older for a maximum of (14) nights within any one-month period.

All* residents are permitted to host a maximum of one overnight guest at any time. The following exceptions apply:

Residents in Studio Large rooms and Suites may have a maximum of (2) overnight guests at one time.
*Double room residents are only approved to have (1) overnight guest in their room at one time. Double room residents must have written approval from their roommate for overnight guests that plan to stay longer than 3 nights. Roommates must provide written consent by emailing [email protected] at least 48 hours prior to the overnight guest’s arrival date.

Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No last-minute reservations will be accepted or processed. Reservations for overnight guests arriving on Sunday must be submitted no later than Friday at Noon.
