Binding Agreement and Changes

Any user that accesses all or any part of the Site agrees that such user is at least eighteen years old and has agreed to this Privacy Policy. Each time a user accesses the Site, this Privacy Policy should be reviewed because The Webser reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time and the revised Privacy Policy shall become effective and govern the use of the Site within five days of such revised Privacy Policy being initially posted on the Site.

By accessing the Site, you agree that any dispute with respect to privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of the Site.
