A double (two-person) shared room furnished with (2) twin sized beds. The studio includes a refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, a closet with an electric safe, (4) two-drawer chests, (2) desks with drawers for storage, (2) desk chairs, and a garbage can. Each studio also has an ensuite bathroom with glass-enclosed shower.
Double studio rooms are available for students and interns only. Availability for double rooms is contingent on roommates with similar arrival and departure timelines (i.e. roommates checking in between the 1st-15th of the month and checking out between the 16th-31st on the month).
PRICING NOTE: The room rate ($4,000/mo) is split between two roommates ($2,000/person).
