Program Details

Eligibility

To apply for housing at Webster Apartments, workers MUST meet the following criteria:

  • Female
  • 18 years or older
  • Currently employed and working full-time or have received a full-time employment offer meeting the following criteria:
    • Working a minimum of 35 hours per week
    • Earning an annual gross income between $30,000 – $85,000 (USD)
    • No record of bankruptcy, eviction, and/or collections on the mandatory tenant screening report run during the application process

Availability

Worker housing applications are accepted on an on-going basis for check-in on any day of the week.

During the application process, you will be able to choose your preferred date of arrival. While we will strive to accommodate your preferred date, actual dates of availability will be verified by our Admissions team during the review of your application. If your preferred date is unavailable for any reason, a member of our team will contact you to discuss other available dates of arrival prior to confirming your stay.

Rates

Webster’s Room & Board rates are bi-weekly* and all-inclusive. Worker rates are determined by the guest’s verified GROSS annual income using the salary grid.
