To place a request for any maintenance or facilities related matters in your room, bathroom, or common areas throughout the building, residents must use our secure, online maintenance request system, MAINTAINX.

To Submit a Request:
Open a ticket by simply submitting your request here or in the app. No hassle, just a few clicks.
- Short Description
- Explain more about the request. Be sure to include your room number.
- Attach a photo or video.
- Insert your email address.
- Submit your request.
Stay informed: The Facilities team will handle everything behind the scenes. As soon as there is an update on the request, the requestor will get a notification.
Direct Communication: If the Facilities team needs more information, they can reach out to you directly through the ticket system.
Track Progress Anytime: If you are using the app, you can easily view and comment on your request whenever you want. If you prefer, just visit the ticket URL sent to you to stay updated.
